BabyPath AI is an AI-powered platform that helps expecting and new parents manage baby registries, receive personalized parenting tips, track daily checklists, and connect with friends and family through wish walls and shared registries.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You retain ownership of content you create (registry items, wish wall messages, profile information).
• By posting content, you grant us a license to display and process it as needed to provide the Service.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate tips, recommendations, and suggestions. This content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions regarding your child's health and well-being.

• BabyPath Plus is a paid subscription offering premium features.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

When you share your registry or send invitations, you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share the email addresses of invited parties. Recipients can view shared content and leave wish wall messages.

The BabyPath AI name, logo, and all platform content (excluding user content) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

BabyPath AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
