By accessing or using BabyPath AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

BabyPath AI is an AI-powered platform that helps expecting and new parents manage baby registries, receive personalized parenting tips, track daily checklists, and connect with friends and family through wish walls and shared registries.

Subject to these Terms, BabyPath AI grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make the Service available to any third party.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

BabyPath AI is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational and address issues in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. You can reach our support team at any time through the support page.

• You retain ownership of content you create (registry items, wish wall messages, profile information).
• By posting content, you grant us a license to display and process it as needed to provide the Service.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate tips, recommendations, and suggestions. This content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions regarding your child's health and well-being.

• Basic features are available free of charge.
• BabyPath Plus is a paid subscription offering premium features.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Stripe for secure payment processing. By using these features, you agree to comply with the applicable terms of service of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.

When you share your registry or send invitations, you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share the email addresses of invited parties. Recipients can view shared content and leave wish wall messages.

The BabyPath AI name, logo, and all platform content (excluding user content) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BabyPath AI's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €50. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

BabyPath AI is solely responsible for addressing claims you or third parties may have relating to the Service, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation.

You represent and warrant that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any local, national, or international laws, including those related to data privacy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
