For you

• 😴Your partner is exhausted due to the formation of the placenta. Offer meaningful support by taking on household chores so she can rest and sleep whenever she needs to.
• 🤢Nausea can be difficult. Show interest by asking what you can prepare for her to eat in small meals and make sure she always has cool water nearby for hydration.
• 💧As frequent trips to the bathroom tire her out, become her support in daily life. A good move is to ensure her path is comfortable and be there to discuss her worries.

For your baby

• 🧠Your baby's brain is developing at an amazing speed, creating about 100 new nerve cells every minute! The two hemispheres of the brain are now beginning to form.
• ✋Your baby's limbs are starting to emerge and look like tiny paddles. Soon, these spots will develop into the little hands and feet you will hold in your arms.
