For you

• 🤝Your partner's belly is starting to show! It's the perfect time to show her how much you admire the changes in her body. Your psychological support is the best gift to help her feel confident and calm.
• ✨As her energy levels start to return, suggest going for a walk together or preparing a healthy meal. Working together on a balanced diet will really help her feel better.
• 🩺The nuchal translucency scan is approaching. Show interest, accompany her to the appointment, and take notes on the doctor's instructions. Your presence makes her feel that she is not going through this process alone.

For your baby

• 💪Your baby is now fully formed and their organs are starting to function in coordination. Their fingers and toes have completely separated, and their nails are starting to grow.
• 👶The baby's reflexes are developing rapidly! Although they are still too small for you to feel, the baby can open and close their mouth and move their tiny arms and legs.
