Week 10: Your baby is now officially a fetus! 🍓

For you

• 💧Your blood volume is increasing significantly to support your baby's development, which may cause dizziness or headaches. Make sure to drink plenty of water and stand up slowly from the bed or chair.
• 🧘Your hormones are at their peak, so mood swings are perfectly normal. Don't push yourself; a little rest and a short walk can work wonders for your mood.

For your baby

• 🦶This week, your little one completes the embryo stage and moves into the fetal period (fetus). The small tail at the base of the spine has disappeared and the fingers are no longer webbed.
• 💓Your baby's heart is now fully formed and beats strongly, about two to three times faster than yours. Also, vital organs such as the liver and kidneys are starting to function.
